A1: Yes, the different midi cables can be produced as 6pin midi din cable, 8pin midi din cable, 9pin midi din cable and 10pin midi din cable.

Q2. Do you offer after-sales warranty service?

A2:Yes, about fading, crystal fall off and other quality problems, we offer half to 1 years after-sales warranty service, but you need pay the shipping fee.

Q3. How many workes in the factory?

A3: We have more than 200 workers.

Q4. What's the monthly capacity?

A4: Our capacity is 1000000 pcs per week

Q5. What's the standard of the material quality?

A5: Our material can pass ROHS, SGS, CE.

Q6. Could I have a sample for quality check?

A6: Yes, sample order is welcome, but sample fee need to be paid. It will be deducted when you olace an order.

Q7. What is the minimum quantity for each order?

A7: Normally 100 pcs, but we also support a small quantity if you can accept a higher price.

Q8. What is the production time?

A8: Normally it is 10-35 days, depending on the order quantity and complexity of making.

Q09. What's the packaging of your jewelry items?

A09: Normally we use the OPP bag, bubble bag and paper box to pack the goods, if you have the sepecial requirement, it's no problem.

Q10. What is the payment term?

A10: Our payment term are Trade Assurance, T/T, Westernunion, Moneygram and L/C at sight.
